Payment terms will be specified in the quotation provided to you. Generally, we require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due before shipment.

All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and other governmental charges, which will be added to your invoice as appropriate.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes will be provided in your quotation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. YoungFace is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

8. Warranty and Returns

YoungFace warrants that the products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in your purchase agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications.
